Seller integration in development

Prepare and manage your Etsy listings with Krafie

Krafie's planned seller integration is designed to help sellers turn product content they own into reviewed Etsy listing drafts through Etsy's official API.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Development status

This integration is not yet available to customers. During the Personal App stage, only Krafie's developer will connect one Etsy shop for private development and testing. Krafie will request Commercial Access before allowing other sellers to connect or charging anyone for the integration.

Step 1

Connect your shop

The seller authorizes Krafie through Etsy's OAuth screen. Krafie never asks for or receives the seller's Etsy password.

Step 2

Prepare a draft

The seller chooses product content they own and reviews the proposed title, description, price, images, category, and other listing details.

Step 3

Confirm the Etsy action

Krafie creates or updates the listing only after the seller explicitly confirms the requested action.

Step 4

Review private sales

The developer can view orders and sales metrics from the connected shop for private reporting without requesting buyer-email access.

Seller control and limited access

  • Each seller connects only the Etsy shop they are authorized to manage.
  • Krafie requests only the OAuth permissions needed for the listing workflow.
  • The integration requests read-only sales data for private reporting, but not buyer-email, address, or email access.
  • Sellers can disconnect their Etsy account and revoke Krafie's future access.

Responsible listing workflow

  • Krafie uses Etsy's authorized API for connected-account listing actions.
  • Users may submit only products, images, and text they own or are authorized to use.
  • Krafie does not bypass Etsy checkout or publish without the seller's direction.
  • Connected Etsy information is handled under Krafie's Privacy Policy and Terms.
